Following is the report on my different visits to West Bengal and I strongly feel that Animal welfare Board of India shall take the cognizance as its endeavor to save  speechless  animals from Cruelty and illegal killing. A team of respected members can be constituted to make 1st hand survey and a strong recommendation with monitoring with State & Union governments shall be planned .
